Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving consistent high-quality customer service and sales, ensuring the KFC unit achieves financial targets, and supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts, including opening and closing the unit
  • Ensure delivery of brand standards
  • Support and develop your team, ensuring each colleague feels valued and able to grow
  • Drive consistent high-quality customer service and sales

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume, retail, or catering brand environment
  • Previous experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs, and ratios
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Previous experience motivating and increasing the performance of your team with mentoring, training, and succession planning
