Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
  • Supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks, and provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly with changing priorities.
  • Essential to have the right to work in the UK.
