Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team at Ripon Farm Services Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, expenses forms, credit card receipts, and petty cash sheets in Ibcos Gold.
  • Prepare payment runs and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and credit card statements, and resolve any discrepancies or queries.
  • Set up new suppliers and verify bank details to ensure seamless payment processing.
  • Post journals and allocate payments to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Resolve aged creditors queries and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and cover other responsibilities during employee absences.
Requirements
  • Strong background in purchase ledger functions and financial administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Ibcos Gold or similar accounting software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
