Purchase Ledger Clerk Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team at Ripon Farm Services Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing of invoices, ensuring timely and efficient financial record-keeping and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and expenses forms, credit card receipts, petty cash sheets, and other data entry in Ibcos Gold
  • Prepare payment runs and process payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and credit card statements, and resolve any queries
  • Set up new suppliers and verify bank details
  • Post journals and allocate payments
  • Resolve Aged Creditors queries
