The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our compliance processes.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting on-site checks, completing forms, submitting paperwork, and providing training to contractors and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mid and post-install checks to ensure all required documentation is collected.
  • Complete any additional forms not filled in by installers and submit necessary documentation.
  • Resolve queries raised by funding partners through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide regular meetings with contractors and sub-contractors to train them on compliance processes.

Requirements:

  • Detailed-oriented with an eagle eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
  • Able to approach challenges methodically and proactively resolve issues.
  • An effective communicator who can engage with various stakeholders.
  • Hardworking and eager to learn with a commitment to supporting a mission-driven company.
  • Organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

What We Offer:
