About the Role

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an experienced professional to join its Special Projects Division as a Communications & Customer Service Manager. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's expansion into fire safety remediation of medium and high-rise buildings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and communication, with excellent verbal and written skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with management companies, managing agents, residents, and leaseholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a communications strategy for the Special Projects Division
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders through regular meetings and updates
  • Producing newsletters and other materials to keep residents informed
  • Responding to complaints and issues raised by residents and leaseholders
  • Collaborating with external PR consultants to manage media relations

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. A company car or car allowance, private pension, and private healthcare options are also available.
