About the Role

Iceland is seeking a Store Leadership Position to join our team. This role involves leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of financial systems and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer additional benefits, including:
