We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Wokingham store to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for boosting sales and motivating your team.

This is a flexible contract, with a fixed number of hours worked per week across various days and shifts.

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Analyse reports to measure the store's success and identify development areas.
  • Work with KPIs to evaluate the store's performance and implement improvements.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring their personal objectives and the store's objectives are met.
  • Communicate development/training issues to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
