As the Flagship Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading, training, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. You will drive store performance through clear focus and key performance indicators (KPIs), exceeding store expectations. Your great training and coaching skills will ensure your team delivers consistent service levels and expert product knowledge through GANT Academy.

Implement the VM brand standards in line with the 'Executing Excellence Pack'. Through your personality and passion for GANT, you will demonstrate our leadership and employeeship behaviours and create a culture of continuous learning within your team and in-store. You will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the Regent Street store and the Store Manager.

As part of the GANT Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Inspiring and managing a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Continually elevating the GANT brand on Regent St, being a global leader of excellence.
  • Innovating new opportunities and driving business performance.
  • Achieving company-set KPIs and targets in sales, continually elevating store performance and awareness.
  • Acting as a role model at all times; training, coaching, and providing feedback on performance.
  • Engaging and driving store performance through team members, focusing on KPIs, behaviours, and service expectations.
  • Creating and owning your development plan with your line manager's support.
  • Ensuring commercial delivery of our brand's visual presentation and merchandising, working with VM to ensure success.
  • Managing key stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for Regent St.
  • Leading with our brand values and behaviours at the forefront of what you do.
  • Observing and conforming to all Retail Policies and Procedures as directed in the Retail Policy and Procedures Manual.
  • Managing expenses and inventory.
  • Overseeing physical store operations, including maintenance, to ensure the environment meets Health & Safety and company standards.
  • Identifying objectives and setting priorities to meet short and long-term goals, delegating responsibilities to the store team where appropriate.
  • Ensuring store administration is delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with the Retail Team when key issues impact store performance.
  • Promptly and efficiently carrying out reasonable tasks and responsibilities assigned by your line manager.
  • Actively engaging in and leading regular store visits to assess operational performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Leading and driving the clientelling agenda.
