Job Title: Programme Developer

We are seeking an experienced Programme Developer to join our team at Guy's & St Thomas Foundation. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and strategic skills to develop and implement health programmes in urban environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing programme strategies and plans
  • Building partnerships with local communities, businesses, charities, and statutory bodies
  • Co-developing projects with partners and making recommendations for funding
  • Working closely with the evaluation team to develop and deliver evaluation plans
  • Scaling solutions and growing impact through influencing and collaboration

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme development and management
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Able to think creatively and strategically
  • Experience of working with diverse stakeholders, including government, policy makers, and community organisations
