Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cluster Reservations Manager to join our team. As a trusted ambassador for one of our hotels, you will have the opportunity to shape the Montcalm Collection's next chapter and showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage room inventory and allocate rooms according to availability and guest preferences.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel's room rates and availability on various distribution channels.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of reservations agents and group coordinators.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement pricing strategies that maximize occupancy and room revenue.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly, professionally, and in line with the hotel's luxury standards.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury hotel operations and market dynamics.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Full-time position, with flexibility required to accommodate the demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
