Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing test strategies, planning and coordinating testing activities, and conducting thorough evaluations of results. They will also need to design and develop new work packages and procedures, collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, and make informed decisions based on analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in engineering and customer testing in a telecommunications/IT networking environment
  • Experience with testing mobile IP data and voice communications systems and fault diagnostics
  • Able to build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Ability to make decisions and provide recommendations to senior management
