Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, Information Technology, or a related field.
