Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Drama department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

  • A competitive salary, estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, aligned with the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
