Pastry Chef de Partie - A Culinary Opportunity

The Lygon Arms, a 600-year-old coaching inn nestled in picturesque Broadway, is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. As part of a brigade preparing dishes to the highest standards, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing dishes to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the chef's brigade to serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
  • Liaise with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to improve dishes and service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout your section and the kitchen.
  • Lead by example to the brigade.
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
  • Keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and confident communication with the team.
