Industrial Operations Manager

TS Grale is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain systems and processes to ensure the site can meet further growth in demand.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading and managing industrial operations encompassing assembly, project engineering, lean manufacturing, and complex component supply chains. Experience in machining, fabrication, and complex assembly is favored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management, control, and optimization of all site functions encompassing production, assembly, and a complex component supply chain
  • Strategic planning and implementation of plans to meet the company's strategic goals
  • Leadership and development of the site management team ensuring accountability and delivery of goals and objectives
  • Responsible for the delivery of SIOP to further enhance revenue and profitability performance
  • Further development and enhancement of robust KPIs, ensuring better visibility, accountability, and performance

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading and managing industrial operations in an Automotive or industrial manufacturing environment
  • An inspirational leader with experience leading and taking multi-functional teams
  • A straightforward and inclusive leader who sets direction, goals, and process expectations that ensure accountability and performance delivery
  • Educated to a degree level, high-level management qualification, and Lean Practitioner with a record of Lean implementation
