We are seeking a highly skilled RMN or RNLD to join our team in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess, plan, and evaluate care needs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • To deliver care that meets quality standards, as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • To support and supervise new or junior staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. A patient-centric approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and experience working in mental health settings would be beneficial.

What We Offer

We provide an excellent annual salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.
