Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert commercial insurance advice, supported by our knowledgeable team, to communicate confidently and effectively with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth, leveraging your ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Understand and apply insurance terminology in complex commercial scenarios, utilizing your technical expertise to navigate insurance products and principles.
- Provide detailed explanations of insurance products, leveraging local knowledge to enhance business development and tailor product offerings to meet the unique demands of clients.
- Experience in a similar broker or insurance role, with a strong understanding of insurance terminology and application in commercial contexts.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients, with a basic understanding of financial security and claims principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high level of computer literacy.
- Preference for candidates holding Cert CII or progressing towards further qualifications, with familiarity with local industries and businesses a plus.
