Commercial Underwriter Opportunity

Marsh is seeking a skilled Commercial Underwriter to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Senior Underwriter - Commercial Insurance, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of commercial combined, property, liability, motor, and specialty insurance products in the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize digital trading platforms to manage day-to-day trading and products.
• Work within the Commercial Combined team to underwrite UK-based commercial risks.
• Liaise with brokers and colleagues to increase profitable relationships both virtually and in person.
• Issue insurance policies by calculating premium rates and negotiating insurance terms and conditions with regional brokers.

Requirements:

• Insurance experience from an underwriting or broking background.
• Experience using digital trading platforms.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
