Parts Sales Development Representative

At OEC, we're looking for a skilled Parts Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our products.
  • Collaborate with our manufacturing partners to stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a parts sales environment, with a track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs, with a focus on closing deals effectively.
