**Job Summary**

The role is a key position in our well-established automotive parts program. As a Sales Development Representative, you will utilize your knowledge and experience in selling original automotive parts to garages and crash repair establishments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Promote and communicate manufacturer promotions to our customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Grow our business user database to ensure long-term growth of our sales operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in parts sales, with a track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs, close deals effectively, and develop new business opportunities.
