About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EHC Coordinator to join our team in Medway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the statutory processes for children and young people with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities include working on complex cases, ensuring timely decision-making groups, reducing EOTAS cases, and supporting post-16 transition plans. You will also liaise with providers, agencies, and parents to ensure seamless communication and data accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in social work, SWE registration, and eligibility to work in the UK. A valid driving license and access to a car are also essential.
