As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in managing an accommodation scheme for 18 young people in South East London on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young individuals and contribute to a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and stability.

Key responsibilities include developing and supervising staff, maintaining a high-quality provision of assessment and support, and ensuring compliance with organisational values, contractual requirements, and regulatory frameworks. You will also work closely with the head of service to implement strategies that exceed national minimum standards and meet the evolving needs of the young people in your care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the care sector, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000-£42,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
