We are recruiting an experienced EHC Coordinator to join our team in Medway. This vital role involves providing coordinated support services to children and young people with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, ensuring timely completion of statutory processes, and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders. You will also work on complex cases, reduce EOTAS cases, and support post-16 transition plans.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid background in social work, SWE registration, and eligibility to work in the UK. A valid driving license and access to a car are also essential.
