Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team in West Drayton. This is an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teacher to make a real difference in the educational community.
About the Role:We are looking for a qualified teacher who can develop and deliver tailored learning programs for students with special needs, assess and monitor student progress, collaborate with staff and parents, and create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement individualized learning plans to cater to diverse needs
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
- Foster effective communication among teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
- Establish a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and empathy
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in SEN teaching or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- A competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, based on experience
