Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant

We are delighted to be working with various schools in Bexley to find suitable candidates for the position of Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, excellent behaviour management and communication skills, and a patient and calm manner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEN
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Good behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Salary: £23,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
