About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Us Automobile. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of bids for major projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create high-quality bid submissions
  • Manage the tender process, including relationship building with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver bid strategy, including solution development, writing bid text, costing, and cost model review
  • Manage negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve commercial close
Requirements
  • Proven bid management skills, ideally within a Tier 1 contractor environment
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a technical understanding of complex construction schemes
  • Experience of delivering outstanding customer and stakeholder service and management
  • A construction-related degree and CIOB membership or equivalent
