About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team at VINCI Building. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of bids for major construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Lead internal teams to produce high-quality bid responses
  • Manage the tender and negotiation processes to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with technical and support departments to coordinate resources and complete bids
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve preferred bidder status and bring projects to contract close
Requirements
  • Proven bid management experience, ideally within a Tier 1 contractor environment
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of complex construction schemes
  • CIOB membership or equivalent
