The Alexandra Practice is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Associate to join our team. As an experienced Assistant Practice Manager, you will provide maternity cover and play a key role in the smooth running of our practice.

This is a challenging and varied position that includes management and leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with other Assistant Managers and the Business Manager to achieve outcomes and support the practice team.

Main Duties:

  • Premises management, HR, Health & Safety, clinical and non-clinical rotas, EMIS Medical system configuration, recall and QOF targets, IIF, PCQRRS, PCN services, line management and supervision of staff, inductions and training, meetings and reviews.

About Us:

We are a friendly and supportive team at The Alexandra Practice, comprising 5 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, and a dedicated admin team. We also have a Business Manager and Assistant Manager support from other sites.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

  • GCSE English & Maths plus one additional subject.
  • Management Qualification (ILM).
  • Leadership Qualification - minimum NVQ Level.
  • Experience in healthcare management.

Desirable:

  • Experience in GP practice.
  • Working knowledge of EMIS Web, Docman, iGPR.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
