Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mobile building services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend various sites to carry out routine maintenance and remedial actions as required.
  • Provide real-time feedback via our CAFM system on the tablet provided.
  • Perform weekly fire alarm testing, monthly tap temperature, and emergency light testing.
  • Carry out PPM on all HVAC Plant to SFG20 Specification, including specialist plant like boilers, air con, and chillers.
  • Complete onsite logbooks.

Requirements:

  • Basic competency in using technology, email, and internal software systems.
  • Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and environmental legislation and working practices.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to understand company and client requirements through positive engagement with contract support staff, engineers, and management.
