Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Clinical Quality and Governance Manager and the wider Quality Team in managing clinical quality and governance across the business.

This role will involve providing administrative support, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating reports. Additionally, you will have day-to-day responsibility for managing the Datix reporting system, ensuring patient safety incidents are logged and updated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager in the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.
  • Provide administrative support, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and report coordination.
  • Manage the Datix reporting system for patient safety incidents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ECDL or equivalent proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Experience working within a governance/quality role in a healthcare provider.
  • Knowledge of Datix Risk Management System.
