We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to support our customers across multiple business functions at hr-inspire Ltd, a thriving business consultancy based in the heart of Hertfordshire.

As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers with HR administration, recruitment, training, and communications. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, providing HR support, and contributing to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be a team player who can work collaboratively with our customers and colleagues to achieve our goals.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage customers' expectations in assisting with Customer queries, HR administration, Recruitment and Training.
  • Provide HR support to customers across multiple business functions.
  • Contribute to the success of our team by working collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
