About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team at hr-inspire Ltd, a leading business consultancy. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administration and project support across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Manage customer expectations by providing timely and effective support with HR administration, recruitment, and training.
    • Respond to customer queries and escalate issues to the appropriate contact as needed.
  • HR Administration
    • Provide administrative services for onboarding new hires, including chasing references, new starter forms, and bank details.
    • Manage customer queries and requests for information to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Policy and Procedure Development
    • Collaborate with directors, HR consultants, and advisors to create bespoke policies, procedures, and people guidelines for customers.
  • Training and Development
    • Support HR consultants in creating tailored training content within PowerPoint to meet customer needs.
    • Facilitate DBS checks and health and safety training as required.
