We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team at hr-inspire Ltd. As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers across multiple business functions, from business administration to HR communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong administration background, preferably in a customer-facing role or experience working in HR/payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and expectations, providing HR administration support and assistance with recruitment and training.
  • First-line call answering for customers, assessing their needs and escalating to the appropriate contact as necessary.
  • Provide administration services for onboarding new hires, including chasing references, new starter forms, and bank details.
  • Collaborate with external payroll processing companies to manage monthly payroll input and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Facilitate DBS checks and health and safety training for customers.
  • Support HR Consultants in creating tailored training content and manage customer queries or requests for information.

What You Bring:

  • Strong administration experience, preferably in a customer-facing role or experience working in HR/payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone and email communication.
  • An interest in HR Development Qualifications, such as Level 3 CIPD/Level 5 CIPD.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills and use of databases/systems (HR Systems desirable).
  • Motivated, flexible, reliable, and discreet.
  • Enthusiastic and high energy, with a proactive approach.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sound time management and able to multi-task.
  • Able to work well as part of a team or independently.
