About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our commercial lines broking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance solutions, and driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service to meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriters and commercial managers, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Negotiate with underwriters to secure competitive insurance rates and terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks associated with client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial lines broking, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Professional certifications, such as CII or ACII, are highly desirable.
