Supporting Children with Additional Needs

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a highly regarded primary school in Waltham Forest. This is a full-time role that requires the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other challenging behaviors. A degree in any discipline is preferred, but not essential. We are particularly interested in speaking with Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology graduates.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with students who require additional support throughout the day
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
- Monitor and report student progress
Estimated Salary: £104,500 per annum (based on a 40-hour week and 52 weeks per year)
