About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at identifi Global Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the Commercial / CNI sector by identifying new business opportunities within the target market as well as managing and growing revenue in key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximise revenue and profitability from existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint.
  • Prospect for new accounts and develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's solutions and services to customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Experience in selling into Commercial, IT/OT, Industrial, CNI, Government
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, with experience in areas such as cross-domain or data diodes, cloud security, and software solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a direct selling environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
