Are you a Security Engineer with a passion for Vulnerability Management and experience leading teams? Do you excel at automating security processes with Python, PowerShell, or SQL? We’re looking for a skilled and driven Security Engineer to lead our vulnerability management efforts and help safeguard our systems against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security engineers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across our IT environment.
  • Develop and implement automated solutions using Python, PowerShell, or SQL to streamline vulnerability detection and remediation workflows.
  • Manage and improve vulnerability scanning tools, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely reporting on vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize vulnerabilities and ensure rapid patching and resolution.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into the vulnerability landscape and risk posture.
  • Stay current on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends, implementing proactive measures to keep our systems secure.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS) and patch management processes.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and SQL to streamline security operations.
  • Proven experience leading or managing a security team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex security issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
