Estimated salary £32,028 annually, including a location allowance and target-related bonus.

To succeed in this role, you should have management experience in a similar-sized, sales-driven business. You should also have proven coaching skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for building team confidence and helping people grow their careers.

You will identify commercial opportunities within your department or store to maximise sales. This will include a performance-related bonus, product discounts on the latest tech, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.
