We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Executive to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth and expansion through effective client relationship management and business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment or senior hospitality role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential, as is the ability to adapt and prioritise as workload shifts.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Monthly Bonus, Pension, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive account growth and expansion through effective client relationship management and business development strategies.
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and meeting service level agreements.
  • Keep clients updated on contract performance and promptly respond to their queries.
  • Oversee mobilisation of new accounts and complete administrative tasks as needed.
