Business Support Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Equation Recruitment. As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries from customers, both externally and internally. You will be responsible for processing stock movements, performing and processing stock checks, and troubleshooting with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock movements and perform stock checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Process sales team enquiries and customer backorder reporting
  • Troubleshoot with the sales team and resolve customer queries
  • Process customer purchase orders and despatch products
  • Perform inventory spot checks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with annual inventory checks and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a complex, high workload admin/customer care environment
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good MS Office computer skills and working knowledge of SAP
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and methodical with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a small team
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new systems
