Role Overview:

As a Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

HS2 Contractors Coordination:
  • Managing invoicing processes for HS2 contractors including key partners.
  • Generating client reports related to invoicing, including timesheet submissions and sustainability metrics.
  • Facilitating the induction process for personnel working on HS2 projects, which includes drafting competency letters and conducting PPE checks.
  • Providing administrative support for client deliverables such as report editing and data compilation.
  • Organizing and coordinating monthly team meetings.
ATKINS Coordination:
  • Collaborating with the ALO team to maintain up-to-date trackers for engagements and license requests.
  • Updating and following through on license requests, including participation in relevant calls to provide updates.
  • Uploading meeting notes to the client’s shared platform.
  • Acting as a liaison during client calls to gather actions and ensure timely distribution to the team.
  • Presenting KPIs during monthly client meetings.
  • Working with the GIS team to keep field-level data applications current.
  • Assisting the Client Manager with purchase order proposals and workflow setups.
