Role Overview:
Coordinators play a crucial role within our teams across the UK, serving as a vital support hub for numerous projects in Infrastructure and Utilities. Each Coordinator at Dalcour Maclaren benefits from comprehensive training and is part of a robust support network of Coordinators across all sectors and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinator - HS2 Contractors:
  • Manage invoicing processes for HS2 contractors, including key partners.
  • Prepare client reports related to invoicing, including timesheet submissions and sustainability metrics.
  • Oversee the induction process for personnel working on HS2 projects, which includes drafting competency letters and conducting PPE checks.
  • Provide administrative support for client deliverables, such as report editing and data compilation.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly team meetings.
Coordinator - ATKINS:
  • Collaborate with the ALO team to maintain updated trackers for engagements and license requests.
  • Ensure timely updates of license requests and participate in calls to provide necessary updates.
  • Upload meeting notes to the client’s SharePoint platform.
  • Act as a point of contact during client calls to gather actions and ensure timely distribution to the wider team.
  • Attend monthly client meetings to present key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with the DM GIS Team to keep field-level data applications current.
  • Work alongside the Client Manager on purchase order proposals and new workflow setups.
Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good numeracy skills and a solid understanding of financial processes.
