Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our teams across the UK, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including invoicing, client reporting, and data compilation.
  • Coordinate inductions and bookings for personnel working on HS2 contractors, including drafting competency letters and PPE checks.
  • Support the ALO team in updating trackers and license requests, and attend license request calls with HS2.
  • Act as a point of contact for client calls, collate actions, and ensure timely distribution to the wider team.
  • Attend monthly client meetings to present KPIs and work with the DM GIS Team to update Field Level Data applications.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good numeracy skills and financial understanding.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure.
