Business Support Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Equation Recruitment. As the first point of contact for enquiries from customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth processing of all enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock movements and perform stock checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Process sales team enquiries and customer backorder reporting to ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot with sales team and process enquiries to resolve customer issues
- Assist with annual inventory check and place purchase orders with suppliers
- Perform inventory spot checks and assist with ad hoc duties and projects as required
Customer Care:
- Answer telephone hotline and monitor company's customer service mailbox to respond to customer enquiries
- Process customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. You will also need to be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
