About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kenny Hill. As a Support Worker for Autistic Adults, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
- Develop individuals' home making skills and personal chores
- Help individuals achieve independence and personal goals
Requirements
- Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people
- Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year)
- Enhanced DBS Check (preferable but not essential)
