About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to autistic individuals in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting autistic individuals with daily living tasks
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support
  • Providing guidance and training to junior support staff

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker who has a background in supporting autistic individuals. You will have a strong understanding of autism and be able to provide empathy and support to our service users.
