About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals and their families, providing personalized care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee support packages, reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support
  • Support the development of the staff team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities
  • Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting
  • Resilience, supportiveness, and sensitivity towards the needs of autistic people
  • A driving license (minimum one year)
