About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kenny Hill. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and empower individuals with autism to develop independence and personal skills
  • Transport and accompany individuals to community activities and events
  • Assist with daily living tasks and home maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
