Senior Medical Secretary

Job Overview
The post holder will provide high-quality receptionist and telephonist services in a fast-paced environment.
They will work closely with the multidisciplinary support team to ensure the smooth operation of the surgery and provide excellent patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to patients and staff, responding to enquiries in person and over the telephone.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient registration details.
- Work collaboratively with other practice staff to maintain a well-staffed surgery and meet service demands.
- Perform other duties as required by the nature of general medical practice.
